I'd say move the PayPal donation link to the sidebar under/over the team member panel. Regular visitors won't scroll down to the bottom very often since all the new updates are at the top. Putting the donation link near the top means it will be visible to visitors more frequently.

Might also want to consider adding a shoutbox there for fans who are too lazy to post stuff in forums and just want to show support by praise, encouragement or just to say "xxxx was here".

LOL, just back from my medical appointment. Thanks for the feedback Jeikobu. I spent 4 hours doing changing and adding stuff. As u can see for this template everything need border on the left side and some on the right side.

After spend lots of time searching at the internet I give up on how to remove the border for each feature. first business has been reject(I post the letter on my blog this week).....3 more to go...should I get 1, the website gonna be more awesome looking... the layout is 35% done.
