Chapter 1: Celestial Saga Manga

Here some story on how Cesaga manga was created ^_^ The journey of making Cesaga start in mid January 2007. The artist Sunny Raen have been offer to make a comic in private magazine company. The editor of the magazine (Lets call him W) asked Raen if he could draw a promotion chapter for the manga introduction. W need 20 pages for his magazine, after a short thought Raen agreed to draw the comic.

Raen hands over his artwork collection to W, after a few flip he catch his eye on some Raen artwork character "Wow this 2 characters looks nice, well design the clothes and the weapon.I like this!!" So Raen take a look which character W refer to, Yea..its Purnama and Suria!!That how Cesaga manga was created, W randomly choose on what he likes from Raen artwork, from a sketch to a real manga.

W promise that the manga will be out in March 2007, after submit more than 30 pages and it already 21 days pass March, Raen heard nothing from W no news whatsoever. The news came to me and I confront Raen and giving a suggestion not to continue the work with W. A month later W call, he said that the magazine project has been stopped because of some money issue.

Again the news came to me, but now I'm giving out my idea to pull out Raen own manga magazine. Its a long thought from him now...yea because of what happen with W. The next day he say ''Let give it a shot!!'' its a deal then I will take 30% of what ever profits he makes So I called around 2-3 magazine editor, and yet I only manage to get 1 appointment... good than nothing right? And yesi also used the same manga because Raen already draw more than 30 pages that time..what a waste if I don't used it properly.

The appointment is set 3 days after the call being made, we make a short disscusion on what the tittle would be..to think again it is funny what im propose LOL, here some that I can recall:

Yea..we disscuss about it a little bit...after discard a few funny tittle, we choose Celestial Saga!! Based on what?? Based on Celestial Knight already be taken T_T ...But now why the tittle change to Cesaga someone asked me, the answer to this is U NEED TO READ ALL CHAPTER IN THIS BLOG ^_^

Ok back to the stories, after choosing the tittle I ask Raen to bring along all his artwork to show to the editor, maybe he doens't really likes Celestial Saga drawing so we can impress them with another style. After all the planning we get ready to go to the appointment, I'm not very nervous because I always meet with people to talk business but in other hands, Raen is so nervous!! this is what he say to me... 

Raen: I'm not gonna say a word

ME: WHaT the...?? (thats all i can think back then LOL)

So be it I do the talking bringing all his artwork and with him next to me I explain all the drawing??.. WHAT THE HECK!!  I can't even draw a bird T_T what lie that I have to come up this time So the journey to the appointment is a little bit silent because I always do the thinking stuff along the way. BTW its me the one who drive Raen doesn't know how to drive!!!

Its a 15 minutes drive to the company from Raen house, we arrive at the company around 10.30 in the morning. So its all come to this... the meeting between me, Raen & the  editor, the story will continue on CHAPTER 2...

Chapter 2: The Meeting

I knock the front door, they open the door and invite us to come in. 1 of the workers ask me what is my intention to come there. I say that i need to meet with the editor we have arrange an appointment for a new magazine, around 2-3 minutes the editor come and we 3 sit down to discuss about it. Maybe I add a little bit but this is the exact conversation that I remember:

Editor: So...what do we have here..?

Me: Ok first of all this is his(Raen) artwork book u can take a look then give us your opinion..

Raen: ....................

Me: So what do u think about his drawing, is it good?

Editor: hmmmm...its kinda good but we don't do this.

Me: Err...can u explain more..I not sure I understand what u mean by that.

Raen: ...............

Editor: Our company process a book/magazine for education, of course some of that need a little bit illustration/images but his drawing have no originality. Take a look of some of our books from local artist, it show that we proud of our origin not some imitation like this.

Raen: ...........................

Me: But u also need to know what people will buy and what people really like to read this time, even in our country they is plenty magazine produce a manga style drawing. The television also start to advertise anime on their channel, can't u see it. If we make this happen maybe some company will take this manga to become anime, international people will accept this kind of thing. We not only makes people happy we also make some profit for it.

Editor: I still have my own opinion on this kind of drawing, our local artist also makes their way to international without manga style drawing. So I'm  sorry to say that this is my final answer, we can't produce this manga not in our magazine.

Raen: ....................................

Me: .....ok...but I still want to know if u can make a new magazine based on manga, we will not take any pays until your company roll back the money from this magazine. Is it possible? 

Editor: Sorry, its a no from me. I'll not put my money on this, I don't think anybody would if u still do a manga style.

Me: Its not ok to say like that, we only do this because we  know what people likes and what people need. So the best things now is to follow the flow not goes against it.

Editor: So if people jump over the sea would u follow them?

Raen: ......................

Me: ........................

Me: .............................Ok then nevermind, thanks for your time.

That's how the meeting going, it only takes around 10-15 minutes. So we head  back home with empty hand, no good news. But the situation in the car is not silent like before, its full of cursing to the editor and the magazine company . Even its the first company I call and get the appointment, but I can get the picture that its hard to convince others company in my country to advertise/produce Celestial Saga manga. I have enough with magazine company, nevertheless I still not giving up on Celestial Saga manga.

Chapter 3: Website Idea

After send Raen to home, I drop by at nearby restaurant  just to clear my mind and get some idea what I'm going to do next with Celestial Saga manga. Sometimes a question come back to me is Raen gonna continue the drawing or finding some other work to do, so I need to think fast. With all my paper work on the restaurant table I think a several idea that will make this manga success. The next day I do some research on my idea using the internet. My plans is to open a small shop lot and selling Celestial Saga product like lighter, t-shirt, dolls, bracelet, souveniers, and others that related. I also do the sketch for each design back then (i'll upload it later).

The main thing that I forgot....I need a large budget to make this happen, so I do a research again in the internet to find some personal loan (Because I have no registered company I'm not applicable to apply for business loan). In my country its not so easy to apply for a loan....very very very hard, if u know someone inside that is another story and for me that have no connection inside I have to do the normal way. The bank need me to provide 6 month bank slip & pay slip(Even I can provide this, the bank will also check my balance inside..and for me that left a penny inside..do u think they want to give? nah they only give this loan to rich people...and a rich people need  loan not enough?What a dumb ass), my HR confirming my work status (HR? for a freelance like me where to find HR?), salary cutting from they 'known' authorized agent (Well if only u work at public listed company or gov. u still have a chance, for me? 0%), 2 people to be your guarantor and each need to be working and have a high salary, and more paperwork all the black and white.

I know its hard more for me to apply and get this, but I take my shot to 4-5 bank..I takes a lots of time sometimes I don't have time to sleep because I do my own paperwork using words and if not my mistake I finish around 200-300 A4 paper to print all the black & white to apply for the loan to 4-5 bank. From the form stated that it will confirm your application within 2 days, not a single call came for me for the first 2 weeks. The next day 2 banks call me, they ask me what I'm going to do with this loan...after explaining its for Celestial Saga manga business...they said they will call me back tomorrow....a days turn into month....month turn into monthS....no good news for me.

I kind disspointed, and yet I'm still not giving up for Celestial Saga manga, whenever I feel down I go to cyber cafe to entertain myself by playing DoTA. And whenever my hero die, I open internet..do my search at google for Naruto manga, there is a lots of people making the own website for this manga, and 1 of the website also collect donation for the manga..then it come to me, why I never think to build Celestial Saga website before only we have the manga people will come to read, pay for the manga and buy Celestial Saga product..that is my first thought. So I leave the game and continue searching for hosting company & website designer that can make this happen.

The next day after collecting all the information, I call the website designer company to get the quotation for Celestial Saga website, u can take a look at this sketch...my first idea on the website looks ^_^ 

They charge me 3000$!!! For this complete website...OMG!!! Where the heck I'm gonna pull out so many money T_T...I call another company and some freelance people that design a website, they also charge me around that figure, damn another failure...everything seems so hard for Celestial Saga manga. So I go to cyber cafe again to entertain myself, I always go to this same cyber cafe...so I asked one of the workers who is the responsible person that design this cyber cafe website, a simple answer that I get "It was my brother"dang!! What a good design he make!! So I discuss with the workers how can I meet with his brother, he give me his brother phone no and ask me to deal by myself..good enough for me.

I call his brother and arrange a meeting, U all want to how the meeting goes? continue to read on the next chapter..this is Celestial Saga or should I call it Cesaga 3rd website...what happen u ask me? stay tuned!!

Chapter 4: My ~!@#$%^& Webmaster

I get to meet with the cybercafe workers brother in weekends, due to his work. This man (Lets call him N) is working at some web designer company and also do some freelance work to people that need a website to be design.

In the weekends night, I call N again to ask the location of the meeting. Because N too lazy he ask me to meet him at his house (I don't get some people sometimes..if u want to do a business make sure u put all your effort to it..u get customer do all your respect to entertain them)

I bring the sketch to him and I got to tell u he seems to understand all details that I need for the website until I asked when this web can be done..

N: If I focus and have nothing to do, it can be done in 1 month...if im bz maybe around 2 month

Me: Thats good to hear, so about the price...can u give me your quotation?

N: ....for this kind of design...hmmm...it probaly takes around ...$1k...yeah...its $1k

Me: (hmmm its quit cheap than other offer)...err can u low the price a bit?

N: I think that is a good offer...the forum also cost me a lot..

Me: Ok then.. so its a deal!! U can start the work now...I'll pay when its done..

N: No....we do like a normal deal 30% deposit 70% after the whole web done...

Me: Tomorrow I'll meet u again to bring the deposit and the receipt

Again I meet with N to give the early pay, around $300 this happen at 27/December/2007. N say that he will put a forum first so people can come to ask when the launch or to see the preview of the manga. I get my forum in 10 days after the first payment. Actually I'm kinda happy to have Celestial Saga forum at that time...I put some topic at the forum..because nobody know yet about the website I get no traffic at that time....I also have no access to admin site, so I have to do the maintenance online. To make thing worse I have no basic in internet stuff..all the coding its makes me dizzy all the time....N know nothing about what topic need to put in each room so I volunteer to do it by myself.

Its been a month I only get the forum, so I call N ask him to meet...I need to see a progressation for the website...its very hard to get him, always when I call and asked to meet he seems like to have an excuse not to see me. When I get to see him, always got problem with his connetion to the web, "I think the server is doing some maintenance" that what he say to me.

After 2 months, I call him again and asked to meet, N give excuse that he is outstation for some work reason. Its fine with me if he got a work to do...

Me: hmm...then when can we actually meet again? I have my own time frame here, I need the website as soon as possible.

N: Sory..I'm very bz now..all the work stuff..I feel tired....don;t have time for my family also...

Me: ...............ok.....so when u will get back here?

N: 2 weeks from today...

Me: (Damn!!) ...........zzz...so when u probaly can finish the website?

N: I already done 40%..it be finish in no time...

Me: Ok...I meet u when u get back here to get the website if it ok with u..

N: Sure..

2 weeks have pass its already end of March 2008, I text him to asked for another meeting. I get this reply " U know...when u force me like this I can't focus to finish the website..give me another week..we meet on Saturday night" what on earth was that... to promise me that he can finish all in 2 month..its already the 4th month ~!@#$%^

I get to meet him on the Saturday night, and again same thing happen the server down...again?? so we just meet at some near restaurant to discuss about the website...this time I bring Raen. (Owh i forgot to tell u guys..that N have moved to another place from the first time I meet him) not very hard to find the place around 3 miles from Raen house.

I introduce Raen to N, then I quickly go to the website subject...every time I asked he seems like to change the subject....then he say he need another $200 for the web hosting...I leave him with Raen for awhile then I go to ATM machine to withdraw some money for the hosting....I give him the money with a words to him that I need the website in 10 days. N say he going to finish it a.s.a.p.

10 days have passed, I call him to meet to take the website and give the final payment. He not answering the phone, then I text him…a few minutes later he reply the text “I at Singapore now, the line is not very clear and expensive so we discuss it later...I’ll be back next week”. Now I start to feel something wrong with him, N trying to avoid meeting me because he’s not finishing the website in time.

After N back from Singapore, I send a text “Today, I need to see u today!” N agreed to meet with me that day. We meet at the cybercafe where his brother working, N open one of the PC there to show the website to me and Raen. N only manage to finish the front page without an link…just a static image and a dummy details.

Me: Can u let me know…when actually u can finish this website…its already July 2008 now…u take 7 months to finish this website? Why so long….?

N: …..err…err….I’m sorry due to my work I need to go to outstation many times…so I cannot finish this website…

Raen: ……………..

Me: huuuuuuuuuu………ok ok…this is your final chance ….next week I need all this to be done.

N: Sure I can do that!

Raen: ......................

Same as always a week have passed, he give an excuse that the server is down…almost 3 weeks he say the server down…but he said that the website already done. August 2008, I send another text to him “How come the server down for a month? Can u explain this to me?” yet I only got this reply from N “I’m at Beijing now, there are some function organize by my company for the Olympic”

I have enough, I do my own research…I contact the hosting company, it surprises me when they said they never encounter a down for this whole year. Then I contact N brother he say he just meet with N yesterday. What a cheater N is!!! Damn him!!....I send 10 text to him, then no reply…I call…he never answer anymore…N realize that I know he cheated me…then he moved to another house…I totally lost his track…and for N if u read this “U”RE A LOSER MAN!!!DAMN U!!GO TO HELL”

I loose 10 month just like that…I also sell my bikes for $800 just to pay for the website, will I continue for Celestial Saga manga when everything about this manga is not goes to my plans? I never give up on Celestial Saga…I’ll put all the effort to make this happen…I already start my own journey to make Celestial Saga one of the best manga…I will not stop until that happen.

The next  chapter continue on the 2^nd website T_T………..my bike ....

Chapter 5: New Webmaster

P/S: First of all I want to apologize for my English. I’m not very good at it. I hope people understand what I intend to deliver in this blog. I know I used a same words again and again, still learning… don’t hate me ^_^

I send this bad news to my mother…She very disappointed of what just happen, she count on me for Celestial Saga project. My mother working as Apartment Executive where people that intend to buy or rent apartment need to meet with her. All neighbors around the apartment she working knows my mother pretty well. Sometimes they asked my mother what I’m doing, because I’m not working and trouble her to support me ^_^  It hard for my mother to explain. There is time where she tells the story on my website project …some of the neighbors get the news of what just happen to my failure on the website project. One of the neighbors offered his office mate to build the website for me with much lower price.

Same as always, I meet this person (Let’s call him M) at my house, he came to know the detail for my website. I don’t really remember the exact date but it happen in October 2008. After a long chat for the website, I show him Celestial Saga artwork. Almost all people that involve for the project pass and present say the same thing “A nice drawing for beginners” 

And again when I asked how long it takes to finish the web, he said around 1-2 months the same answer like N give me. The price M offer is very good, only around $90 for the website and $80 for the hosting company for 2 years. So it’s a deal for me with that good price and time frame I don’t really put a long thought.M said he will start the work on November because a long holiday around October and M went back to his village on that month. M only operate the website when his working by using office computer. I don’t mind but I told him that I need the web before January 2009. A month passed, the website is not done yet… but M send email to me for the access to Celestial Saga database.

M also send a text to me, that domain under www.celestialsaga.com cannot be used anymore because it already be used before my N!! He also suggest if I can come up with a shorter name, it easier for people to remember. I need to discuss with Raen first because it not my manga, we do some search on the internet what domain name still not in used….

Raen give a suggestion Celega (He just take the first 4words and 2words at the ending of Celestial Saga)…I do the search on google if Celega available, it already been used by some Mexican or Spanish people T_T then we turn it around, we take 2 first word and 4 end words. That when we got the title for this manga ‘CESAGA’!! a simple and easy to remember title, and best of all its not been used.

After all agree to this title M start to do the work. In December I’m not around, going to overseas to buy a new bike ^_^ Because on January I got myself dividend bonus from my saving so I’m planning to finish it by buying a new bike for myself (never think properly T_T I should invest it for Cesaga) this is some picture of my new bike, nice right?

Because some delay issue (M too bz with office works ) I got the website early Febuary 2009, I'll tell the story on the next chapter...Thanks for reading this blog while we finding the right solution for the manga module. Very sorry for any inconvenience, once the module is update, we will update the manga every 2 weeks.

Chapter 6: Cesaga Website

I'm so happy to get the website even thou is not as I expected to get. It a simple web design, with welcome note from me and Raen, and Cesaga manga. M used Flipbook for the manga, it looks awesome but there is one thing that bother me so much...the Flipbook component need 2 pages at 1 time, and I just want 1 page at 1 time. I tested it, and yes it bother me everytime I read the manga, because people will get confuse and get lazy to scroll the manga.

I do my own revision and check around other manga website,  if other used 2 pages at the same time. None from what I search used like that for their manga. So I call M, if he can find another component for the manga. He do some research, but end with nothing. I text him many times, there is time he not even reply my text...maybe because I need to catch the time, so I force him a bit too much.

To makes things right u always have to make it by yourself. Because I don't want to bother him so much with a few simple editing I learn about internet editing myself, M used Joomla software for my website...it easier than coding...  I only know this code  

02/ March /2009, M give me the new template... it have more detail than the first 1. Now we have our own forum with much more detail like visitor counter, shoutbox, slideshow, and who's online module. Some of the module I don't really need because it look mess and not suitable with the website template. I edit some simple things and welcome note for the website and created as many topic as I can for the forum, I also invite my close friends, neighbor, and relative to sign up as a members. Even though I just get this new website for 3 weeks it have around 90+ members at that time with a traffic of 20-30 per day.

I know, its not a good numbers...but for me I'm happy enough. Everyday I online to do the editing myself, create new topic for the forum and finding a new component. When I looks around the www to download new extension, something hit me...a NEW TEMPLATE!! it looks merrier and colorful with a package of free module & components. It cost me $40 for 3 months access to v.i.p site. I loose lot's of money just to build one good site for Cesaga.

So after I download almost all the template in 3 days ^_^ Its time for me to upload the files. Because I used Joomla! it very easy to do that, but I seriously I make a big mistake when I upload the files T_T.... I need to upload all the others 30+ components & module and the worse is I need to arrange it by myself!!! What is Cpanel, what is user 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and many others position that I know nothing about it. So again I just waste my money to get the v.i.p access planning to sell it later

I still want the template for my site, so I google to find someone that can make this happen in a short time...that when I meet another new webmaster (Let's call him W). W charge me $30 only for the template setup, and he say he can upload the template in 1-2 days ONLY!!! What a fast man he is , he asked for my details to access to the database, because I don't have this detail I asked him back if he could contact with M thru text. I give M contact no and W directly call M, I dunno how the conversation going. Around 15 minutes later W send text to me that he just contact M. M said that the details W need is inside his email, because M have no access to the computer/internet that time W don't get the details he want. And then I got text from M, a text that sound like this "U want to change the whole things?" I just reply "Yes, because I like the template W offer"and than I get another reply from M... "I'll send the detail to your email tomorrow" I thanks him for that...I not pay him the balance for the website $60 yet until now(I don't know he wants or not from the mail I receive from him) but I still pay him when I got my loan later...I have financial issues now talk about it in the next chapter.

Its Monday 30/March/2009 I received this mail from M: (I've cut contact address from the original mail)

The ghost user refer to my friends that using more than 1 id . I got the detail to Cesaga database, no wonder I can't used the ftp. After I pass the detail to W, he say he will start the work immediately and upload the template as I requested. Its a good news for me because I really want the template, than a bad news came together with the good news. W said he cannot save the forum and all the members details. I know it a loose, since most of the users not really active yet and most of them I know...I made my decision to continue and start all over again. If people say I'm trying to gain profit from this, I hope they read my blog from the first chapter how much I have loose than I gain.

1st April 2009, I get the new web design...as W promise, he finished the work in 1-2 days, I send my compliment to him for his fast work. W only upload the original design, its up to me to change it myself. I do the change myself, the logo design, all the note, the link, the images, and the slide show. I takes 10 days to do all stuff that u all can see now. Some of the images I takes from google and some I makes it from scratch using adobe photoshop. I have no basic for design, I know nothing about Joomla! editing, and people asked me why I do all this stuff. As I told earlier, I'm the Cesaga project manager even so, I only got 5 years contract with Raen in this project, I already waste 1 year just to build this website. So another 4 years for me to make this manga success, if I don't make it happen...I'll continue renew my contract with Raen until Cesaga become one of the best. When it happen I'll step down.... and finding a new potential manga out there.

Now I just waiting for W to find the manga reader module, I want it similiar to onemanga.com easy to read and big enough for people to looks the details. So until we have the module, please used the link to smackjeeves to see the preview of Cesaga manga. I'm very sorry if I cause u all any trouble from my English to my website. I hope that u can support Cesaga manga, even I know people hate my T-Shirt design from the poll vote ^_^ ..... I don't mind about it, but I hope U like the manga. Thank You!!

Chapter 7: Cesaga Blog & Dorae Blog?

After successfuly updating a few things, I glad and excited at the same time because cesaga’s website is finally done for now after all the trouble I faced before. The fact that we just started, we only have a few material to put on the website. It takes time for us to gather much more details to provide with much more feature on Cesaga.com later on.

This new website is truly much more happening than the previous one. I got several email from previous members commenting positively on Cesaga.com new looks and just for your record its not one of my friends. They is also 1-2 person that doesn’t like the looks, I do think I know who are ‘them’ ^_^ from the way the commenting.

Sadly, there is nothing that I can do to save the previous forum and all the member’s records. But now you no longer need to register to access all the link Cesaga.com has to offer until I get a heavy traffic for this website. I do my advertising using google adwork, Because I doing some maintenance work to the website this month…I decide to pause the campaign for awhile, it still quite a shock to have a unique visitor to visit the web everyday after I have paused the campaign and not doing any advertising campaign due to maintenace working .

Sometimes, I notice that there’s only 2-3 people online on Cesaga website. The highest I can see is around 15-22 people at one time, and the average traffic Cesaga.com get is around 100-130 people visit per day with adwork campaign active. Even though this is not a good numbers, but I am still glad and thankful to those who are loyal and supporting this website. This is Cesaga.com statistics for March 2009, before the site been remodule. (copy & paste from database)

There is some people email me regarding this blog. Most of it asked me the same question, why this blog necessary to be put on Cesaga.com, I have my own personal answer for that…most of people is hard to accept a new things from newbie like us, they always thought we are just trying to make profit from it by selling product and asked for a donation. I never force people to buy or force people to make the donation, the manga & membership also is free of charge. It depend on what people think, we can never pleased everyone…when one people like they must be 1 people that doesn’t like what we offer. So the answer for that question, I want people to know all the trouble I faced just to give people to read this free new manga.

I’m not complaining about the trouble I faced or why I waste my time to make all this happen, but because someone ask me that kind of question I have to come with this answer. I take’s all critic as constructive criticism. Also this blog provide the pass & latest news for Cesaga manga, maybe there is nothing yet. Later I promise to upload video and more picture when I went to meet Raen to takes the raw artwork.

Due to some financial issue, I’m now very busy doing paperwork to apply for a business loan. It help to update the manga in short time, web maintenance, buying tools, produce&designing t-shirt, and to advertise Cesaga manga. I also planning on doing Cesaga own music, the good thing is we already have 2 song (talk bout it in another chapter). So, if I’m not updating the blog it mean I’m busy doing the paperwork. It hard to apply for a business loan…but I will give it another try(tried before and failed)…always read about successful man never give up.

I’m the one who do the printing, scanning, typing, delivering, editing, designing, investing, creating, copying, working, and all ‘ing’ things that related to Cesaga.com. I hope I can share this fun journey with u guys, and that the reason this blog is created. It’s a joy to me when people keep on coming to support and read this manga, I’ll appreciate it so much.

I'm not feel very well today...very dizzy buzz, as usual I just woke up. First thing to do is update this web and blog. I don't know how the response will I get for Cesaga another 3-4 years..before that time come, I need to provide as many idea as I can for this website.

Chapter 9: Forum

Hey guys!! I decide to make a new forum..it sad that I can't save it before. Right this moment I'm creating a topic for each room, kinda lonely there ^_^ so I take a break to write this blog for awhile. To access the forum u need to register first, because I'm doing the forum maintenance I disable the button for awhile.

Guest can register at the log-in form after I create the main topic for the forum. I always do the maintenance online, yeah I can see some guest online just now with me, who's there just now ...LOL got 3-4 person at the forum site just now

It a simple forum named Fireboard, its a Joomla! free component that can be download from the Joomla! extension site.  I'm using the normal template now, change it later...need to fix important things first.

U can create whatever topic as long as it not over the line, for now I did not set the rules yet like before. I hope all previous member can spend their time to create the topic I lost before. Critic and compliment are very welcome, I try to improve the website for all users...but if u talk craps I will delete. Thanks for ur consideration.

Chapter 10: Cesaga Chapter 2

Just back from having breakfast outside, and I got a text from Raen saying the chapter 2 introduction already done. So I ride my bike to meet Raen to take the artwork. Actually its already 2 days late from the due date...It seems it takes a longer time for him to finish the artwork...

The storyline is quiet good...there are some new character appearance. Because Raen ask me not to expose everything he tell me, I cannot write it here. I also receive a bad news from W, he said that he could not find the module for the manga...but he will try to put the manga using another method. 

U can see I update the comic 1 page per day thru smackjeeves using Raen account, his too bz thinking the storyline (that what he told me ) and u all also can see my comment there ^_^ The forum already fix for members to post comment or create topic. I hope all Cesaga guest can become our free member and post as many topic as possible to support this manga.

Well I receive 5 critics for the manga... what a suprise to get a response from someone unknown, thanks for the email...I know Raen is doing his best to improve the drawing and the language. I also doing everything that I can to help make that happen for the website for the manga and for everything that related to Cesaga, nor good news for my business loan... 5th tried already...next try will be last, if I still not qualify for the loan...I think of selling my new bike T_T

I also just done making a deal with someone to design Cesaga T-shirt. As the response is not good from the previous one(Which I design) I'll not going to try design t-shirt again I got a good price for 5 design from this guy, but still... I don't know what the new response will be. I just hope u all like it this time!!

Chapter 11: Journey 1 with Dorae

Actually I should write this chapter early on the morning, due to my internet connection is very poor on weekends so I have to write it now. I meet with Raen again today, just to have some conversation on the manga and take the biography for Cesaga character. 

My other propose is to take the picture of Raen room for my chapter 12. Using my Lumix digital camera, this is a video I captured before I went to see Raen. Its a video me warming up my bike, the quality not so good because the real function is to capture image

I never used Youtube before, it takes me hours to understand the function. The weather is very good today, I also captured the weather view from Raen house... Everything works well today and yeah I also win the Futsal match yesterday - nice!! On the next chapter will be less talk and more images inside Raens' room.

Chapter 12: Raens' Room

Sorry for the delay on updating this blog, Cesaga team have made a small meeting to discuss about this website and the comic module plus the business loan. It not gonna be a major change in anything so soon, everything will stay the same way. Main discussion is to make a team in helping Raen for the comic panel and subtitles.

Now Raen do everything by himself, so to update the manga in a short time with more extra pages is quiet impossible. We are focusing on that matter now, please use the forum to comunicate with us. Chapter 1 is already end...chapter 2 will be release on the first week of May.

Chapter 13: Proposal Deny

First of all I want to say very very sorry for the late update, because I faced lots of bug in the administrator control panel and  it takes time to fix it alone the good thing is I already update all the pages for chapter 1. Chapter 2 is about old man and the dying village, I've read all the pages for chapter 2 and I'm gonna tell u the story is starting to become interesting.

The reason I write today is because today is a Labor day so I got more free time to create this chapter and also because I receive an email from Virgin company regarding Cesaga project proposal. As u can read on the chapter title its not a good news for me, nevertheless I got high compliment on the project even though the proposal is rejected.

They have they own reason why my proposal not accepted, but it push me more to go on with this project...maybe not now but when the time is right I'm gonna make this happen. Err next chapter for this blog will be delay again, I'm focusing on the Cesaga manga update first ^_^

Chapter 14: Its Been A Month!

I need to spent this time to write, it because the new design website officially launch for a month now. It still very new, but I’m glad to know a few people that support Cesaga manga. I have post about this website in other forum so people can know Cesaga manga a lot better.

It just a month, but we already go through the up and down and face it in a very best way. The forum feature make a good response even it just open for 2 weeks.  I know u notice the date is before 2 weeks time, it because a bugs in my Joomla! CP... same goes to the poll.

Just finish typing my loan letter, I hope it can be approve so we can find helper to make a good background for the manga as well for the cover on each episode. I know it gonna be very hard at the beginning, to invite people, to advertise this manga and the delay from Raen…..I have put all my commitment for this website and manga, if Raen still play around there is nothing I can do about it, he's the one who draw and make the Cesaga storyline.

I want to make this as my carrier. Even now I got a zero profit ...but I know it can sell when it get famous later. There is time I notice Raen not very excited like me, when I asked for 10 pages I only get 6 sometimes 7 then the pages I get has a empty background...If he doesn't wan to help himself it hard for me, this is his carrier as a manga artist  so Raen please focus on what you doing! 

Just want to thanks you guys for support us, please continue to support us…without u guys we are nothing. Raen will register on August ^_^ until then I will accompany u guys regarding the manga.

Chapter 15: Crazy Day @@

Man its getting hard and hard doing the promotion for this site. Today is the crazy day, I just promote someone to help me manage the site. He's good in doing the admin work, but due to lack of knowledge in administrator control panel it still count on me!!

I update too many things today, the comic in my hand also finish...need to meet Raen again to take another strip, he work so slow I only get 5 pages for 2 weeks. As u all can see the front page is changing to more clean look. I hope u guyz like the new look.

I and my new visual friends is currently doing some video ad to promote this site at youtube. Huahh not sleeping for 20 hours today...I need to get some rest so I can continue to rise and shine doing the web maintenance.....

Chapter 16: Elephant Ride

Actually I wanted to update this blog on Saturday, forgot that I have a bike convoy on the same day. I woke up so early to prepare all the things to bring along to the convoy. The destination is 'Elephant Sanctuary' at Kuala Gandah, Pahang, Malaysia. The environment is so nice with a friendly workers that explain each elephant origin.

8.30 AM is the gathering time, after the preparation I take a few minutes to check my bike and spray my bike chain. We start the convoy around 9.05 AM with 52 participants. Sometimes the adrenalin start to bust out from me, than I go crazy with 245kmp! Even though is not fast enough for a bike like me but I already left the convoy without knowing the direction!!

The best is to stay at the speed limit and follow them, so I slow down the bike and wait for the others to appear ^_^ The convoy make 3 stop before reach the destination, there is 3 reason for this...The first one is to wait for the 2nd group (low cc motorcycle)..The second reason is to fuel up the bike...and the last reason is to wait the leader to briefing the location and the route.

If not my mistake it takes around 1.30 minutes - 2 hours for the short journey(around 100 KM). I have no exact time when we reach the sanctuary location. When the convoy arrive we get a little briefing, and free activities for all the bikers. For me that enjoy walking alone, I leave the group after receive the 'red stickers' (which mean that I only visited) 'Yellow Sticker' (Can ride, feed, and take bath with the elephant)only 20 early participant from the convoy get the yellow stickers.

Its fun to walk alone and watch how elephant react when they see me in masked (Just kidding - not wearing 1) Owh the best time is, when I saw my friend father cheating around his wife at this sanctuary. What on earth his father doing here in the forest bring along another women! But yeah I don't tell my friend about it not in a mood to destroy someone marriage! 

Hmm...I upload the picture now...the activities that I'm not joining ...what a sad report T_T...another late update from me....Sorry guys, but I do update the website....it takes me more than 10hours to upload all the strip and edited it back....

Chapter 17: Black Out!!

Ok guys, this is funny story. I just about to get the next strip from Raen. On our meet, we have a talk for awhile and Raen show me a little bit of  his new Cesaga artwork inside his PC and ask my suggestion if  it need to be fix or not. 

About 5-10 minutes the computer shutdown...same goes to the light and the fan. Woohoo it feel like a ghost house. I go and take a look outside, it seems the whole block is black out!! The management already call the Electric&Energy department regarding this matter and they will send a crew to came and look for the main reason that cause the black out.

                             The dig begin and the crew seems to found the problem ^_^

        This guys sure committed with their work, they will come even in the midnight. Salute!!

  Wooo so many sand...thinking of building sand castle without going to beach? this is the right time!!

Raen say to me after he give me the new pages, he gonna sleep...but it seems impossible for him to sleep in heat, so we went out to eat an ice cream. We have a talk about Cesaga future chapter, the new character ...and about this business is it gonna work or not. 

About my loan it seems the application also has been rejected, because I get no feedback from the company until now. But I think I try again to apply for another loan ^_^  (never give up) ..Ok back to the story, we went around the city after the ice cream session and get back to Raen house when we thought the electric already on.

I guess u guys already know that our thought is absolutely wrong. At Raen house it seems like a party with no light, lots of people gather to watch the electric crew repair the broken wire. A major problem that need be resolve quickly. A day without electricity for Raen&family.

I come again the next day to take a few photos to be upload in this blog. I don't know if this can be an excuse for a late update but it seems as a project manager I need to faced lots of unrealistic excuse ^_^

Chapter 18: Cesaga Website - 2 Months Already?Reapplying Loan!

Its been a good start for Cesaga, the response, comment, critics, and morale support from fellow readers make us happy & excited!! 

Many things have change since we first start the website. The major change u can see obviously at Cesaga front page, we also have found the solution on the comics viewer...it mean we no longer require any comic webhosting, people that interested of reading Cesaga will directly come to this website.

Even though our forum face a little bit problem, no PM function and cannot upload avatar...we will change to another forum in few months later. The problem cant be fix, its a bug!!

I just want to say thank you very much to drop by here and support us. We are looking for more members, I know its hard for people to accept a new manga with a little chapter...but I'm glad that we already have our own fans inside and outside Malaysia even we only update 3 chapters!!

Now I'm applying a new business loan from UMNO (Its a political party that help entrepreneur like me to success in our small business) I got support from my Apartment Chairman to sign the loan agreement very hard to get his sign a first, after I explain what I'm going to do with the loan he agree with a big smile I hope I get a good news from UMNO.

One of the loan term is to take 3 photos on our work place - Because Raen operate from his house this is his work station!

Chapter 19: Never Give Up!

I have apply for many personal loans, business loan, small entrepreneur funds and non of them is approve.  In my country people seems don't have a high hope in manga business, I’ll prove they’ll wrong later =D

I have enter a few contest in order to wins the prize, with the winning money I can support Cesaga business to become more success. But I know, I never have luck in contest ^^ One of my current active contest is become a chief talker at www.Freedom2talk.org

Just want u guys to know that I will never give up on this manga, with or without the loan/funds Cesaga will always continue but not in a normal update like other website did.

The artist for Cesaga, don’t have a positive morale like I do…it kinda hard to impress him, and yes it always depend on him…because he is the one who draw the manga.

Not pay him anything for the drawing now, so I can’t demand so many. I hope I got some funds to run this business smoothly. For all that support us, I just want to say thank you very much.

So until then… I will always be here to write stuff in this blog and maintain the website. Chapter 20: Press Conference for Cesaga Cause!

UPDATED (Tuesday 1:35 AM - 23/June/2009) Just found the video - This what happen when u not ready & say something spontaneously too many flapping hahaha Darn!

Its been only 2 and a half  month, but we already make a good progression. Remember a contest I told in the recent chapter of my blog? Well its not that I win the contest ^^ but I got an exclusive invitation to the press conference organize by the contest administration.

I don't prepare anything for the conference and they called me a day before the conference, worse of all I don't know it gonna be a speech by every single candidates T_T until 5 minutes before my turn!?!?!?

The conference happen on Thursday 18/06/09 16:00, I and Raen arrived there around 15:50 without knowing where exactly the press being held After looked around for 15 minutes and a text by the organizer we found the place and YEAH the press already started!!

I'm the 2nd last and the only person to give the speech in Malay language(is something that I proud of) Actually I'm the last person (Because I give a short speech the other candidate got a chance to speak) Save the best for last opss 2nd last :D

I forgot to bring camera, if the news is up later I'll be sure to upload the image here. So, after the press I got some personal interview from our local journalist. She asked me if I could set a another interview on Saturday with Raen for her magazine company.

Is on! Cesaga is truly on the move! I got some personal picture for the interview. Check out the next chapter which I be write around 2-3 days. Thanks guys for the contiounsly support.

Chapter 21: Interview for Cesaga Manga

As promise, I’ll write today about the interview between Raen and journalist. I was there while the interview is on. The journalist asked Raen so many question, this is some that I can still remember

J:       Where do u got the idea to make this comic?

R:      The idea is based from South East Asian story

J:       What make u want to do this comic?

R:      Well I love drawing and read folklore of South East Asia story so I decide combine this together to make it into comic

J:       How your parents response for this project?

R:      They support me, if not I’m not going to draw :P

J:       Can u tell me the synopsis about this comic?

R:      The story about twins Purnama & Suria from celestial, that coming to Earth to destroy the Puaka that kills and conquer human.

J:       Since when u start drawing?

R:      Since I was a kids

J:       What your hope for this comic?

R:      I hope it gonna turn out to be one of the best if not accepted by more people ^^

J:       Tell me more about yourself, do you working before this?

R:      Ok, my real name is Asrul Sani 27 years old, I used to work before at Sun Comics book store, and do a part time job as summer camp school teacher

Due to request, Raen half face will be cover with black color - looks like ninja ^^ Oh yeah I'm in the middle and next to me is the journalist.

Now he does look like robber - The interview session between Raen & the journalist 

After the interview, they journalist ask if she could take a few photos in Raen rooms and take a look at his artwork. Well I just follow, hmm maybe the journalist will also interview me (Hey I’m the project manager)

Everything went awesomely well, the interview, the photo shoot and it only takes less than 2 hours for all the interview session. Finally she call me to take picture with Raen (Yeah finally ^^)

Then we have a tea and the journalist make a leave. She will tell me when the news about Cesaga out later, so until then stay tuned and I will keep any Cesaga news up!

Chapter 22:Transformers 2 & Michael Jackson

Yes Michael Bay did it again, the best movie I ever watched so far, lots of action and the sound effect is absolutely marvelous. With the hottest actress Megan Fox Transformers 2 nailed it this time! Actually I’m looking for more bike action by Megan ^^ but well it’s a Robot movie.

I’m not gonna spoil the movie for u guys so I will go as little as possible about the movie details, Transformers 2 highly recommend for everyone and a must watch movie for transformers fans. The movie takes around 2 and a half hour to end. The most critics I heard is about the Fallen that easily defeated by merge Optimus Prime.

The combination of comedy and action to the movie makes it more alive. The CGI is beyond fantastic, it looks very details. The best part is when Devastator climb the Pyramid, the block that falls from the Pyramid looks very real!

I bought the ticket early in the morning when the ticket counter not yet open, after 45 minutes queue I manage to buy the ticket for the 1^st day. Due to ticket reservation all left is a ticket for the front row, so I decide to buy for the 2^nd day and bought 4 tickets for third row well its good than nothing. Yes Raen follow me to the movies his more fans of Transformers than me ^^

2nd time I watched the movie...and I sleep...nice~

The movie start at 11.30PM and end at 2.10AM. The news confirming MJ death is 5.21AM (our local time)

The next day I woke up happily (I got a good dream about transformers ummm lol), I’m in shock to hear the news about Michael Jackson death and I turn devastated in instant. Well I’m one of his fans even though I never met him in a person and put all his posters in my room, but I do remember taking a few pictures with his human cardboard when I still a baby and dance the moonwalk when I’m 10. It’s very sad news, the world has lost a legend “King Of Pop”

All the local radio station makes a tribute to his death, by playing all his music. Well I can’t believe it at first but when I goes online and read all the news and some update from my Twitter friends, that is when I realize we will never again hear or watch MJ latest performance.

It’s a tragic day for the world, I send my condolences to his family. I hope all his fans to be strong and support his family in this hard time. I know the tickets for his last concert has been sold out, well people u can always save the ticket for your own fans collection. Refund? Think again! Or sell to me

I will follow about Michael death on E! all this week. I have attached one of my favorite Michael Jackson music video below…

Chapter 23: *Searching*

OK bad news! I've sold my bike, need to travel to Singapore back to transfer the ownership...very tired and at last all the documentation is settle within 2 weeks from the bike selling. Good news! I no longer in debt, and I got some extra money to hire 2 people for a year to help Raen with the background. Well it feel very hard to let go of my beloved bike. Sometimes we just need to think which important things come first.

Now I got some free time, u can see I just updated chapter 4 ^^ I also doing a personal searching now via internet to find the right person to help Raen. I found this website and advertise my job ad, hoping to find talented person. Got a few people that interested but due to far away from my place, I put them in waiting list.

I got some extra work to do in August. After that I will advertise the job at local newspaper. I hope everything will settle this year and next year we will make a smooth production 3-4 chapter a month. Our team is currently discussing for Cesaga new website, feature and layout. But the most important thing now is search for our new 2 people to make into our group. Our forum terrible and there is nothing we can do without erasing all the topic and post, well just use it for now. SOrry!

When is all done I will open back the sign up feature for a new member. Got some minor problem in our database. I work my day and night, I hope u guys can continue to support us as we will make this manga more better for the story and the drawing. Thanks Guys really appreciate it!

Chapter 24: When I'm Busy

TIRED -  DORAE @ Raen rooms....I'm thinking about Cesaga future....LOL

Its not a excuse or anything, I paid 2 persons to send the vacancy paper for Raen helper. In the end only 30 pieces manage to give away from 500 pieces I copy. Damn I know its hard to count on 14 years old clown. In the end I have to do the job myself, of course with my friend helping me . Its around 12:45 AM in the morning, we search a good place to put the paper. 

After we found a dozen good spot, I stop my car just around the corner so we can walk. By walking we sneak behind many trees and put the paper above other people ads hahaha, there is a few times the security cycling to guard the area, well we continue, make a stone face and moved on to the next tree, bus stop, and wherever spot we think is a best location to paste the paper.

Its 03:10 AM in the morning, I already back at my home. I'm not sleepy yet, so I install all the application inside the new PC's ...seriously it seems like forever to install all the application for drawing. 

And then its time to install the new drawing tablet Wacom Intuos 4 (Raen is using Wacom Intuos 3), yeah after finish install I try my hand on the tablet. I think I draw a good armored characters but after a second look it turn out to be an octopus. If I can draw better I will be Raen helper, too bad not my cup of tea....its funny when people thought I'm Raen, back then people always said this to me "YOU ARE TO GOOD TO BE TRUE' and now I know why.

 If u don't understand my story I got a good excuse....it because the third reason I Dizzy all the time....

Chapter 25: Cesaga Office

Wow it almost 6 months when we first start launch the site, not much improvement for the website & new members though. But it good news for our team as we afford to rent a hall for Cesaga office. It more comfortable workplace for me and Raen. 

Got some people asked me. why not advertise the manga yet? U can read at the front page, we are still new in the manga business...this is just a beta testing, can say like early promotion without ads ^^

I've bought lots of office equipment & art stationary, some record in the video below and some not. I've fun organize the new office for Cesaga, the video below is the first look for Cesaga office. It will look much better when we put the final touch later. What a busy month for me. Your guys support is very much appreciate by me. Thanks

Hi again guys! I received lots of feedback for Cesaga project, thanks for your coming email, messages, suggestions and comments I really appreciate it! I need to make things clear that I and my team never stop the production for Cesaga manga. We are currently working on a few chapters to be published on mid Dec 2009. To make a smooth production, the new chapter will be on hold for now. Sorry for the delay, and slow update for the website

New video, manga, and yes... we got some secret project going on for Cesaga to thanks our loyal fans, if everything go on smoothly this should be an eye opener for more people to read and subscribe for Cesaga. The future storyline for Cesaga is awesome I've read it! We'll try our best not to let our fans down!

Again.... my loan is on standby, it is because lack of funds from the loan organization, always happen on my time T_T too bad!!

Chapter 27: Cesaga to Anime?

LOL, don't make the title confuse u, I just have a struggle days do things I like...almost everything about Cesaga. Ok here's the deal, I advise my media manager and team members that chapter 5 for Cesaga is gonna be in short anime. We have found the right person to do that.

I also planning on getting a song album for Cesaga :P well everything need to go with a flow. Ok back to the story, the anime already under construction and hoping to finish around this month.

The office has been completely organize and everything works well and the work environment is much better (I'll attach the picture later). U will see lots of change for upcoming Cesaga episode, it just a test shot for us. If we get a no go response we will make a test again with a different style.

Now I'm working close with someone for business loan paperwork. He seems like a very committed man to his work, I hope this time we get it, Japan is waiting for us LOL!! Never tried any paperwork before ~

Chapter 28: Cesaga Smooth Production

I got less than 15 hours to update Cesaga manga again. Its been a while since I update anything on this website! The style will be different, our team decide to test it in a different way and see how the feedback from you guys~ So how the Cesaga anime? Is it good? I've seen it! I'm quite happy to see my manga finally move!! :P  I also notice a negative feedback about the voice.... Well guys u need to understand something, the man that make the video and everyone that involve in the making of the video is not professional. Same like us, we are beginners that still study, try and error almost everything in our field of industry.

Hope u guys can give us your support and time so we can make it more better in the future. Again English is not our major language, I'll make sure my team can improve it along the way of making Cesaga new chapter.

My media manager done a great jobs for me to get almost 5000 friends and more than 500 subscribers in less than 2 months he hold Cesaga youtube account. Before him got someone else use the account, he no longer continue the jobs (If u read this I've PM u a few times and I've got no reply). But I appreciate what u do man!TQ!!

Everything is under control for now, ermm...my office very messy with the children's all around playing online games when the work time is finish (Well... I charge them! LOL! Damn school holiday!) Chapter 29: Cesaga = Trouble?

Remember that I paid someone to do a paperwork for Cesaga  business loan? The person send it to 2 different company, both of the company has receive and study the paperwork. After a week, 1 of the company arrange a personal interview. Before that happen, I need to intend the company business talk, and do some quick test (210 questions to be exact) and paid 20 bucks.

Very expensive car park, very heavy traffic! I'm damn lazy to go actually~ Do everything for Cesaga.

Around 2-3 days I got a call that I've been qualified to get the interview and the date has been set on 22th Dec/2009. Again... heavy traffic, no nearest parking and yeah damn expensive. I walk to the building and arrive 30 minutes early. The one who handle the interview is very serious person no sense of humor at all. Keep asking me question and I keep answering spontaneously. Not a single phrase can convince this man.

Huh? and when I sit and listen carefully from their talk it said that we support loan for all business but not for plantation and rearing. I think Cesaga has something to do with plantation! Well after 2 days the interview... I call the person to get the feedback, and guess what most of time I asked politely he likes ignoring me all the time. Why I get this suck person in charge of my loan T_T (Still waiting if it go or no go answer from them..and I got feeling its a NOT)

Ok now the 2nd company is this a coincidence? That guy said SME? And hell yeah the paperwork to the 2nd company is SME not SMS or whatsoever. Receive a mail from them this morning.

" Sorry to said that we cannot provide you with our loan due to your 2nd manager that has a bad payment record with other money institution "

The 2nd manager their refer to is my MOTHER!! LOL!! I'm the one who honestly want to borrow for this business I'm a genuine business man but their cannot release because of my 2nd manager. So sad... I've call the man in charge, from the conversation with him, I can tell he is 1 good man. So what I need to do now is take out my mother name from the business registration certificate and reapply the loan. I hope we get this. Hey guys continue to support us, I forget to make any receipt from recent t-shirt sell (I thought it was not important, again I was wrong...what a lesson ^^)

Too many trouble, is Cesaga going to collapse? No no no no.... if I still alive and hold the Cesaga Project Manager title I will continue to deliver a good service for the manga. It always back to u guys our supporter! U are our back bone, if u guys support us we can stand high successfully with other famous mangaka out there. I hope we famous later so more sponsors will find us. And my country Prime Minister said on the 2010 budget that we have funds for animation. Well...if their got, I think I should try...hahaha NEVER GIVE UP!! What a pain in the X! LOL!

Chapter 30: New Year = New Gift ^_^

Chapter 31: Bonus Update

Ahh! Tomorrow we gonna start upload again! First update for 2010! And as a bonus we upload 2 chapters in the same time. Is it a big deal? Maybe not for u guys , but for us that work hard to make this 2 chapter... its more like a present for our supporters. Well we didn't know if u guys like it or not ^^

Ok in the chapter, style has been change again! and we found it better than before...actually we've done a few change again this week for chapter 8. Maybe more shonen style with our own unique identity.

Now I'm doing some last touch up for the chapter. Page format problem really bother me!! ARGHhh!! but for now everything is under control ^^ I've change JPEG format to PNG . So.... U will find some slow downloading for each page. The quality has improve. Thanks to me. LOL :P

Owh I've receive some email from youtubers that asked me if I make any profit from Cesaga manga. For now, NO! So u guys need to understand something we are working under pressure because we also a manga lover, and I have invest lots of money for the manga making with hope it will success later (I've got some feeling it will). We just need your support, THAT'S ALL!

Chapter 32: Our Hard Work

Like promise everything has been update according to time. Now I want to push myself to the next level. First change, the update day will be on every Saturday (1st, 2nd, and 3rd week every month) starting February 2010.

I will personally adding friends at youtube with the help of my media man all over this year. If u receive my friend invite, u can always ignore or approve and maybe remove...but  we will never make another effort to add u again. Its my way of promoting, the madness of adding will be stop end of this year (Its not that easy to add though). For those who approve and especially to our subscriber.....thank you so much! U guys are way to cool to support us!

Some summary of what I do everyday:

After adding friends more than 4 hours, I will upload 2 pages at cesaga.smackjeeves.com to get more unique view for the website. 1 hour time range between each upload. Next, if u guys follow me at twitter, I'll be make 5 new tweets just to let u guys know what I've done for each day. I a.k.a webmaster for Cesaga will go on the forum and do some update if necessary.

Summary of what my workers and lead artist do:

Raen mostly spent most his time at his room improving his skill and creatively think a unique story for Cesaga. Every weekends he will come to  Cesaga office to make a few more sketch and send it to the team for scanning, inking, and toning.

Aby my workers a.k.a inker will scan the sketch 2 times because we use A3 paper and the scanner is A4 size. After ink all the pages the work goes to my next worker Amade.

Amade in charge of toning, after he tone all the pages...I will make some checking for all the pages. Raen will put all conversation bubble with the dialogue and send it back to Aby. New ink bubble and sound effect will be put and after all done the completed pages will be saved on my computer.

For me and also known as editor will make the last touch up on page format, when everything is ok I be upload all the pages on the website. Now u guys know that I'm not only the Project manager, I'm also the Editor, Webmaster, Media Maker, Funder, and also the promoter.

This year is the progress year for Cesaga manga with or without the funds it still continue!! Yes, I'm still waiting for my loan approval it takes longer time from what they promise. Indeed we can always make everything more smooth with extra money.....but then again I've tried more than 10 times for proposing business loan!! I has be patient with almost everything. To think that I make this for Cesaga, our supporters, fans, my team and of course myself....I always find a way to relax and cool down.

It's not east to start without a huge promotion, sponsors, and limited budget. I'm glad that there is still some way I can promote for free (it slow but better than nothing).....Cesaga manga will be  free as long as it have me as the Project Manager. Easy work? Think again.....

Chapter 33: Dorae's Day

Yo!! I can't sleep today and its been several times I on and off the computer (No Idea why). Maybe because I want to share something else with you guys. If u guys read the forum maybe u already know that I didn't get the business loan. Well....before they send the mail to me I already know the answer.... that the reason I cursing them on my blog after the interview day haha (I don't think it will be appropriate so I deleted it) 

Why I write my blog today??

After spending more than 10 hours a day everyday for Cesaga.... Seems like my work didn't pay off. I'm doing the update at www.smackjeeves.com and what happen? People keep unfan the comic. At twitter the more I update...the more people unfollow me....what?? why?? @ youtube even we got more than 800 subscriber but less than 100 came to watch....comment?Need to guess?Ya you're right less than 10 LOLX!  And then I struggling changing the website layout + reply all the comment in forum....but then....almost none came to reply back.

If U guys ask me did I sad or give up because of the situation.... the answer is YES!!.....

U're guys think wrong...well it get me stronger and immune to haters.....I always smile even in tough situation.

Yeah it does bother me why it happen, the comic is free.....and I pay all my workers, website maintenance, office rental, all drawing stuff and gain nothing (woah we almost out of funds). I put all my effort, time, and money for this.....it turns out that it not good enough. I'm not a person that always argue with things like this.....but I need your guys support for us to move on. I get lots of pressure doing this project my stress level getting higher and higher(as a Psoriasis patient it did not help much) .....my family, cousins and friends......they can only hope for miracle to happen for Cesaga HAHAHA....for me I stand still with my hard work and my love for manga. Maybe not now, but someday Cesaga will be one of the manga with a good listed category and Anime (YES YES!! haha). Well that what most of the manga artist had to faced.....Tite Kubo (Bleach artist) is a good example.

Every night I can't sleep thinking what is going to happen to Cesaga. Well to think that I start this project because of my love in manga..... now, it does not bother me at all....the critics, haters, trolling, spamming, all the people that push Cesaga away you're much welcome. I'll be continue on this project whether u like it or not, no sponsor, no investor, no loan, I will try and find way to continue make it (It hard but I will try!!). Now I don't care, the focus stay with Cesaga.

Chapter 34: 'WaitinG'

I make some tweet at my twitter saying ' My life is all about waiting' For me waiting = patience = success. The reason I'm saying that is because every single day I wait for everything. Even when I adding friends at youtube I need to wait 10 minutes every 10 person to continue adding. Now I wait for business loan, early in the morning I wait for my mom around 10-15 minutes each bank (3-4 bank) most of the time I wait for people, rarely happen people wait for me.

When u wait, every minutes seems like a day, day like a month & month like a year. Cesaga actually start 2 years ago with difficulty on production, progression, and promotion problem. It sad that it happen, but now that I hold the title as project manager I intend to make it success in production, progression and promotion.

How long do I have to wait now? My waiting skill is improve every day! LOLX:D

For me this is Cesaga 1st year, because this is the year where we actually has our own office, few workers, comic viewer, and more drawing stuff. I'm not waiting anymore (I scare that happen to me lol)....I move like a wind now with a hand & feet. When I said to make 2 update every month I push myself and my team to make it 3 update, now that my boss need 4 update every month, 4 update it will be! Not promise but we try!

Owh...never I mention about my boss, even though I'm the project manager  and the owner, but he is the one who provide me with fund on this project (65%) in other words he dominate the company share. He decide to let go all to me once Cesaga can independently move and make some profit, in return I need to make all the market strategy correctly and return back 200% of his early fund. He is not my investor, just someone close that funding this business (freelance work)  Even though he's not working anything that related to Cesaga, I still call him 'boss' someone that give me strength, hope, endurance to move forward and teach me on market strategy. 'Used' to work for him and I respect him very much.

Well guys, I wait that day to come where I fully managing Cesaga and make it one of the best (I said that a lot) For now I and my team will put all our effort to make Cesaga one of the best. We will improve the drawing (adding more background, fix character anatomy) and the story as well. SUPPORT US!!!

I manage to get over the first level well, now I'm in patience mode! Nothing interesting on this update, but I hope U guys get what I mean~ Taaa~~

Chapter 35: Things That Keep Me Going~

Hi guys!! I'm not suppose to write a blog today because this morning I got a date!! :P

Just back at home yesterday, and already busy with updating the website. YES! I manage to replace the forum with new one, and you guys can upload avatar now ^^

Very very tired on my journey back to my hometown, I'm not enjoying the holiday, poor hotel, I got cricket on my noodles, very heavy traffic, I cant sleep well, hot day + blackout in the night, I don't get to visit place I want to because my mom don't want to T_T and lastly when we arrive at waterfall site its already dark (TOO FAR!!) owh....and lots of small argue with my mom :D (keep changing plan)

This morning, my mom ask me how long more I need to make Cesaga a profitable work. (I think she fed up already to support everything by herself - single mother) Yeah I still give her a same answer over and over again, Just give me this year.....rejected loan is not help the situation at all. SERIOUSLY!

I know that I put to much time and money on line, but something tell me if I keep on doing this, the day will come when this manga finally rolls all funds that we invest and make some profit, and maybe make some otaku hepy reading Cesaga :D

Yes we got lots to improve, very many things to update, more feature to put, but we cant do that without your help. I don't want to be pushy but if u got youtube account please subscribe to us www.youtube.com/cesagaweb if u like to support us and if u like Cesaga manga to continue on its production.

This year I will make sure to get 50 chapters and lots of readers/supporters/fans, its not big deal for professional that got funder...but for us that move on our own ITS HARD!!!

As we reach more chapter, we improve on the story and the drawing. This year will determine if it our last year or first year. I get lots of 'NO' from company, no response from people, and critics from haters. But they will not stop me, because I still got my own supporters and my time. I make sure to prepare the best for this year, work overtime, shut my ears and eye......& keep on what I do best.....managing Cesaga.

Chapter 36: Loan/Grant/Investor

Ok, I've done the interview with SME bank, it turns out to be good than I expect. Well I don't get the result yet but, the meetings goes well. The man in charge is nicer than the guy I met before at PUNB! Ok, enough talking, should I get the loan... this is some of what I plan on Cesaga next move. Chapter 37: New Change?

Wassup guys! how days goin? For me not really awesome due to some circumstance. We already finish 12 chapters, 38 more to go! Owh yeah!

I've done some new change to the website front page. Not a major change but some clean change... hard to explain, go see on your own ^^

Well the comic viewer has been change as well. When the comic start to climb to more chapter, I need to find the best way to get the 100% looks from the original  drawing, before that the are some jagged problem. Now we got one almost like onemanga style. Only u still need to read from left to right....that how I slap people "^^

Starting from chapter 13 onward the file will be from PNG ---> JPEG, the load screen will be much faster! YIPEE!!

Chapter 38: Rejection

Wassupppp~ After a few check on my twitter account, I didn't get the tea meeting with Prime Minister. How did I know? I'm too good when it come to rejection, if I got a code name it will be 'Reject'

I look forward for this meeting to purpose my idea on anime/manga business and things regarding my idea on new business loan type (Online business loan) Sorry guys if I mention about loan everytime I write my blog. Well.... to tell the truth that is our only problems now.

We not listed in any top list, from bottom, we are trying to climb mount Everest, we need extra equipment. Is not a good metaphor but that what I can come up with ^_^ So, no tea for me..... I need to prove that I can still do this. We make a good update though ...... 37 chapters to go for this year ..... Counting down!

Chapter 39: Combo Update

Chapter 14 will be postpone like I mention at the front page. My toner is on holiday break, and I'm going to overseas today for my tour. So to get back to you guys, once I back I will make sure my team finish chapter 14 & 15 so it will be a combo update.

Its good to see that more people is coming to the site everyday, and a bit sad when it happen.... we're not able to update new chapter.....that make us loose them again! Hope chapter 14 & 15 will be GOOD! So we can attract more people.

My office internet connection just got suspended, for late payment ^_^ Too many happen in this short time, my focus is on my tour for this month. Chapter 40: The Meeting

I'm back!! Hi again guys! Its been a tiring months for me!! I just back from Aussie last week. Just when I arrive at my country I got a phone call that require me to attend the next day for a loan meeting!! Well..... that is important, so I will attend it without any preparation!! I went to my office for a quick view on my project planning.

Tuesday, 22/03/2010 morning, I go there by myself knowing it will be fine to go without team members. On my arrival there, guess who applying for the loan also...... 4 others big company and can say well known in my country. They got 4-5 people in coat, laptop, and good presentation equipment u can named. Its funny because I only bring a bundle of Raen drawing 'alone!' not to forget no coat.

On the waiting room, one by one company with their team go inside until no one left but me and the attenders, I seriously don't have any idea what happen inside how it looks like and how many people gonna hear me out. I think, I also the youngest one there to apply for this government 'known' loan. What is my chance to get it? Small company, well-known only by my family, online?! Just make it worse, and worst of all no products history.

If the comity got to see what I saw, hey! the percentage of getting it might been higher!

Ok! In the big meeting room, there are 12-13 people all in coat and some known people interviewing me. Most of the question they asked I can answer, but my presentation is not good as the other I think. The bottom line is I explain to them what I'm going to do, & what I already do. I think some of them underestimate me and some understand and want to help me.

Just hope for the best, I've done all I can.....but I'll try more to get Cesaga on top. Just keep on your support~ They will see it someday.....

Chapter 41: Final Presentation

Cesaga website already reach it first year!! YAY!!! What a year...... :D We have receive 24480 visit with 995427 hits!! Thanks for all your support, keep it coming... we need more support for everything to go on smoothly. My worker computer has been fixed, everything went well now. I need to work more to promote Cesaga manga....GAMBATE!!!! 

Last Wednesday, I had my last presentation with the Bank committee. Total of 4 company including me were there. Again, with their own team, all presentation equipment and not to forget 'the' coat. This time I also come up with something. My external hard disk with powerpoint work about Cesaga business and..... that's that. I thought there will be a computer there...... ^^ I was wrong .....  

To cut long story short, I always be the last person to enter the meeting room. This time I was quite nervous, because every time 1 company finished their presentation, it will be around 10 minutes before another company can go in. In my case I waited around 1 hour after the third company finish!!! The longer I wait the higher my nervous temperature level get.

The worst is I borrowed the third company laptop T_T I'm glad I got to know them, if u guys read this I want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! They should be home by the time I enter the room, but they patiently wait until I finish. My presentation goes well than I plan, every question I can answer....and some of the panels laugh when I said "Sometimes my mum help to support if I'm short of cash" Why they think I was there in the first place? Maybe its funny for them, but I try to be honest as I can.

I'm happy with my presentation but the only problems is the committee chairman announce the min amount and not the one I propose in the form. *sigh*.... I should know the answer next week, even they mention I should get the answer last Thursday or Friday. One of the panel, is the project manager for Saladin animation. I like him, I confident he will support me because we in the same field and we had a good start before the meeting begin (Always be nice to people u don't know-in return they will be nice to as well ^^). Well everything is up on majority vote now.  I've done my best and I should be proud for myself even I got this or not. Done for today ....chiowwww~~~

Chapter 42: Delayed

Like I mention on the front page, we already get the result on the loan status. At last........ I finally manage to get the loan after failed many many times before (Please refer previous chapter). I only manage to get 17% from the amount I purpose and it also the minimum amount from the bank. To be honest the loan amount we get is close to what I have invest for this business for 2 years.

17% is fine with me, better than nothing right? Not argue about it either. But the worse case is, the bank require me to change the company status. Easy speak from small to big. In order to make the conversion, it need a lots fund and big maintenance that I think is not make sense at all for now. First of all, the terms and condition never mention that certain company status can apply for the loan. Second, the amount they release to me is the minimum amount!! Not enough at all. And lastly, I never get the notice after the final presentation, there is another procedure that I need to follow. As far as I concern the man in charge only told me the final presentation will determine if I get it or not. Now that I got....they have another agenda.

Seriously this thing bother me a lot. Maybe because I'm young, not well known, and don't have that professional charisma ....they played me like that. And I know even in the meeting room I don't get treat like others applicant. I've been a good player from start to finish, if I can follow all the rules & regulation they asked, why can't they follow they own rules?? Funny? Think again.

Good thing I save all the evidence (Email &  Loan Terms/Condition) in case they push me where I can't stand it anymore   Cesaga production will still continue but again all other progress need to be delayed. And as always I have to wait......AGAIN!! LOL!!

Chapter 43: False Alarm

Hahaha, and I thought I'll get the money that day. False ALARM!!! I need to get insurance first, then I need to call the lawyer in charge for legal documentation!! Wow this should take around 1-2 months more. I never thought it gonna be this super strict to apply for a 'minimum loan amount' Hey it takes me almost 6 months from the first paperwork I submit until the loan release.

Sad things......but I don't have any other choice, need to be extra patience on this matter. I will not apply for a business loan again later (PL maybe), find sponsor, JV, or maybe grant is far more better.  

Ok, enough about the loan matter. Chapter 20 will be up next week, new event, new style on the drawing, and more background I suppose. After Jun 2010, I'll find new employees for the background details. Continue to support us!!

Yeah!! 20 chapters, 333 pages, total of more than 50,000 hits at 4 different places advertisement....Cesaga finally reach the end of volume 1!! I'm very happy with all the feedback and responses u guys shown to us. Thanks!! I appreciate it very much, I'll will work close with all fans and supporters to bring Cesaga to the next level.

This bring back my memories 15 years ago, where manga has accidentally change my life it all start with Dragon Ball Z. Chapter 45: Blog Combination

Just done some quick view on what I've done from start till now. I learn so many new things, meet lots of new friends and even a group of fan. But, the most important  I realize is...we need to get far more better as fast as we can in all sort of way. Why? Well, let just say we got limited time frame with a demand target.

For blog zone, I'll just got some new idea to put on our new website later. It will not be a Cesaga/Dorae Blog, I think it will be so much better to separate those 2 so each 1 has it own story. Each blog, hopefully will be put more picture and the story will be as short as possible with a pack story of what really happen so people are not bored reading.

The tittle should be 'Blog Separation' Haha I already insert all the page break.... too lazy to change, need to continue promoting Cesaga ^^ good excuse.

Chapter 46: Status?

Chapter 20 and loan release taking a quite longer time than I expected. The progress on updating Cesaga is back to normal. Starting next week it will be a week a chapter again.

We might have some great news on August, and if everything goes well we might have a new website early next year, AND....if better than that we might taking Cesaga to Japan mid or end of next year.

If u guys stick with us from we first start, u guys might notice how hard we try to making Cesaga an official manga. From paper to free online publisher, then we get our own website, and now we try to get it publish. 

Owh, when we get new website later I'll try put more appearance of me and my team in picture. Just got news from Aby that Amade's computer face some problem. Page 1-9 already with me but the last page (10-11 the complicated page that never been done before by Raen has not yet been completed)

Chapter 47: Volume 2 Start!!

Chapter 21 already been update, it means Volume 2 of Cesaga manga is started!! Volume 2 will not be long like Volume 1. Chapter 21-Chapter 35 will end Volume 2 and 35 -50 will end the third Volume for Cesaga.

In my market strategy and planning, after we start the fourth volume of Cesaga manga...it will get publish. The bad story is Volume 2 will be convert to Volume 1 means there will be no original Volume 1 in market except here at Cesaga website. Of course to convert Volume 2 to Volume 1 we need to edit a little  bit from the original story but it will not change to storyline.

Volume 4 will start next year on Cesaga new website. Thanks for support us as I receive many good response and feedback not to say the view and hits that getting higher each month. We will try our best to deliver a good manga based on South East Asian Folklore story. It gonna be a very good journey!!

Chapter 48: Good & Bad

Our inker(Aby) is taking her rest yesterday, I've no idea when the next chapter will be up even I already set the update day every Tuesday night(MY time) No promise but I try my best to update Chapter 23 the same week as it should be update.

We're drafting a new website layout, I gotta say that so many extra feature from original will be put in and yeah.... it will takes some time to make it happen. Chapter 49: Super Flow

Hi guys! I'm not feeling very well today (I got Super flu) Everything about me is SUPER now, I need to work SUPER HARD, I need to make sure everything is SUPER FINE with work, and the last is I'm SUPER BROKE!! I need to be SUPER STRONG in handling matters nowadays @@

Good news, I already receive the company policy it mean the legal documentation for the loan process can be continue (should be finish by next week) and after I execute the document I'll will receive the money that I be waiting for a long long time in far far away land!!

1 thing I realize is I've been working to hard promoting Cesaga, the feedback is so awesome!! (well not all....) The manga itself has improve a lot and we're working hard to make it more better. I'm in mission on recruit new team members to join on Cesaga project. I know whatever I do now will not give a SUPER IMPACT on Cesaga, but I do know if we can improve more on Cesaga and get a new SUPER website the small impact I get now will auto convert to bigger crowd. Why I so sure? SECRET!! nah....I just know LOL!!

So for this year I'll just wait and depend on my SUPER FLOW (should be natural flow...) where I push myself to get a good foundation for Cesaga... I got less than 3 years to make it happen, deep inside me I know I can. 4 hours ago I watched Giulana & Rancic reality show, there was this part that stick with me when Bill said, quote:- "Tough time will not lasted, tough people will"

Chapter 50: Tough Time

Moshi Moshi. This month will be rough, my funder will no longer fund for Cesaga's. It was a contract that was made between me and my funder, that in June 2010 fund for Cesaga's will be stop. Why I did that? Cesaga's is my project and I would like to take the risk on my own and my guess on getting a loan in June its the right time. My title as Supervisor will be change to Manager when I pay all the company equity and dominate company share.

Once I get the loan and hold the manager title many things will be change in this company, the website will be upgrade, hired more workers, proper updating, Cesaga's TV and more item will be available on the store.

I already get the the legal documentation (total of 120 pages @_@) from the lawyer via email which I did not agreed with everything their mention. So I reply the email with noted that I did not agree, this Monday the bank will call me to discuss the issue. Everything should be fine and I will get the loan around next week.

The loan will not be enough, so please support us if you like Cesaga and the change I'm planning to made later. Thanks

Chapter 51: School Holiday & Football Fever!!

Yesterday I went to the lawyer office to sign the document, everything went well, very friendly lawyer. It was my bad not to bring the lawyer office address together with me, so I end up to a wrong building (Am Tower building) where it should be (Am Group building) Very confusing haha. Around 30 minutes later, I arrive at the correct building, and rain is starting to fall down. RUN BABY RUN!! ^_^

So many document to sign and to be put my initial. I spend more than 1 hour to finish the agreement. Remember when I said I use to apply for so many loan? One of the organization finally call me to attend a training this morning before they can release the loan (Owh yeah?? after 1 year?) If I go to the training I will breach my contract that I just sign yesterday where it state (I should not receive any loan/grant and participate on the process as well) the terms only applicable before the signature is been made, I'm done my signing but the bank signature is another matter...so I decide not to go. Don't be too greed, it will end up and eat you.

School holiday just make me more sick, these few kids always like to play with me, since I'm a good person and handsome man I just play with them LOL. My office is turning to internet cafe this school holiday season. Well... I make some money, not argue about it $_$

World Cup is coming!! My bet on Brazil to win the world cup, not money betting don't get me wrong ^_^ actually my fav. team is France, since Zidane is no longer playing when he head bash Italy player, so it goes to my ex fav. team BRAZIL!! GO GO!!! ALE ALE ALE!!

Chapter 52: Scheduling Everything

Brazil score 2-1 in their first match against Korea DPR, I'm pretty sure Brazil can do more than that....OK! back to the topic, now I'm designing Cesaga's new website layout on my own. So many feature will be put inside it, you guys should enjoy Cesaga's original website as it will no longer available later ^_^

Now I'm scheduling everything so it will be more organize for our work to deliver a better service for you guys. I've tons of work now, I'm quite happy with it because I always read that, to be a successful person we need to work hard and also smart.

We have a very good start for the manga in our first year, second year is all about promotion and maybe in the same year I'll bring Cesaga's to Minister of Culture & Art to get Multimedia status and apply for a grant. Cesaga anime?? Of course! :P

Chapter 53: Searching...Again?!!

Halooo!!! School holiday finally end, no more kids running around me ^_^ a very tiring weeks. Last week I organize summer camp for those kids, all I can say is, the camp is very exciting and fun. 2 week from now, I need to organize an official event for residents in my apartment.

I used to organize such event every 2 years, it start when I'm 16, this is my fifth time as event organizer. I make some money, very very very small amount (seriously not worth it) But.... I don't do it for money, I do it because I like to see people have fun and know each other better. Too good to be true? You bet!

Enough said, I'll attached all the picture later. Yeah, I've finished my schedule and my drawdown notice for the loan (fuhhh...what a relief...never thought I able to finish it...LOL I spend my day like school kids)

I receive few submission for our job slot, some good some not, some good at drawing character but not good for background. I still searching for the right person to work for me in mid July. Good news is, I already find a new webmaster and animator for simple Cesaga manga to be put in Cesaga's new website and  youtube channel.

Chapter 54: Publisher

Yeah! Brazil won yesterday ^_^ Opss!! Wassup guys!! How days going?? Mine was fine.... (if u asked @@) Yesterday I send an email to someone on publishing matter. Yes Cesaga ---> Publish!! How cool was that :P I should be doing that long time ago but seems I don't have any experience and use to get rejected long time ago (Please refer earlier chapter on my blog) I'm tryin to cycle it slower.

I''m still discussing the matter with the guy in charge, should everything be ok, we will proceed on the production. I hope everything will be fine. I should not say anything else because this matter is not official yet ^_^ Just want to share with you guys what just happen yesterday.

Chapter 55: Wrong Thought

When I thought everything will be normal again, my thought was wrong. I always said I'm  busy with work stuff and managing this company when I thought everything would be more relaxing later on. NOP!! Things will only get crazier!! 2 days ago I when to 2 different bank to activate my company account for the loan purpose. Still not settle, I need to went back to the same bank today and close the first account from the main bank (50KM from my house). Too many form to be fill also @@ ` dizzy~~~

I need to prepare all the document for my employees not to forget the bank for the evidence of the loan usage. I also need to contact the newspaper agent for work advertisement. Tonight my webmaster will meet me to discuss about the our new website layout, and next week I need go to BSN HQ for a drawdown purpose, and next month for a 2nd drawdown with the lawyer after we hit chapter 30.

Next month I need to organize a resident day event, and in the same month I need find a contractor to renovate my office. In August I should have 2 more qualified employee to join my team, and of course buy more stuff for the office. I also need to discuss back about the publishing matter. Owh.... my sister gonna get married on 1st October..... if only I can count on my bro's to help T_T

I will make sure we hit 50 chapter this year, that my promise last year....and to celebrate, chapter 50 will be upload on the new website. Should we hit the mark, we also need to gain some profit. It help support us in many way, I hope you guys understand that we've spend a lot for this project without any profit. It would be more exiting if you guys can support us, for us to serve more better.

I need to prepare all the contact in Japan before Dec, and complete my 2010 summary for this business before I try to enter Japan market mid or end of 2011....seriously I would not like to think whats going to happen next year.....will everything become normal again? Nope! will I be happy on that matter? YES!! Its been a bless, and I'm sooo happy I choose to become a manga PM..... tired....busy....WORTH IT!!

Chapter 56: Things I need to do

Like wise, I probably can predict what going to happen next month:-

1. I need to change my contractor. I don't want to, but this uncle seems to work very very slow....sorry uncle you need to go :(

2. Company account should be activated early next month, and I should receive my loan the same week.

3. 2 more PC will be add, and more office furniture will brought in.

4. After chapter 30, the next chapter will be postpone for first editing session meeting.

5. Interviewing the right candidate for our background artist and animator.

6. Make sure Cesaga's office renovation completed.

7. To be available for a 2nd drawdown.

8. To contact back the publisher company on publishing status.

9. To start promoting Cesaga in a costly way.

10. To completed all the paperwork for my employees. Well.. I am my own secretary as well ^_^

It just 1 year from our release but I already look 5 years older than before....I still have my hair though :P

Chapter 57: On Move

Woahh, what a sad sad game between Brazil and Holland, my hope on Brazil to win this world cup it totally wrong! I'm glad not betting for anything. Seriously..... owh man!!

Ok ok... enough with world cup, I'm focusing on Cesaga's now ^_^ Good news!! I already receive the cheque, bad news I need to move fast. If you read my previous blog, you will know what I'm going to do this month. The resident day event is next week, I need to prepare the games, prize, find sponsors, collecting funds, find a good catering, and to make sure everything goes according to plan. Without pay!! To good to be true? U guess!

New door will be installed in Cesaga's office, well..... I still hired the same uncle for the new door installation but that thats, others will be done by new contractor. I help this uncle as well :D what a hard work, to smack down the wall, to fill bricks into sack, to wipe the floor and to clean the office from super dust (it seems like living after a sandstorm) Almost 40% of the work is done by me... I hope the uncle will reduce the cost for man power ^_^

Chapter 58: Behind the Scene Improvement

Resident Day event is finally over! owh yeah...and world cup too!! If you guys notice, no progression at all for a week. Not adding friends at youtube, no update at smackjeeves, and no update for the website as well. Very crazy week for me, my brain productivity has drop to critical level which I barely have time for sleep.

I promise to take some picture for my office renovation and Resident Day event. Unfortunately, I don't even has time for it!!! I snapped a few picture for the office renovation but not for the event... To prove that I am the man of my word, I ask someone a favor to snap some picture on the event day.

As you can see below, its a game where two person need to find a table tennis marked balls according to their team group. I figure this game 3 days before the event, thank god I'm good :D

I only can sleep 3-4 hours a day to prepare everything and to clean all the mess. I only has 2-3 people that help me with all that. Overall the event went well accept for heavy rain. On Sunday I went to the office to check chapter 30 artwork, we got some issues from previous chapter seriously I hope this one is more better to cover things up :D After that me and my friend clean and move all stuff inside the office for renovation work.

on Monday....probably 10 hours ago from now, I went back to the office and shock to see that my office almost finish the tiling work. And yeah I also manage to get 2 more new employees to join on Cesaga team. New website also is in process!! I'm going to buy a new computers today, and some office furniture to get a proper look office.

I hope BSN (bank that help me with my business loan) read my blog as I use the money in a proper way for the sake of Cesaga business and me (OF COURSE!). How far this can go? I never know, but as long as I'm the project manager I hope everything go smoothly.

Today I went to 4 different mall (Jusco, Tesco, Carrefour and Giant) just to find the right table for my employees, too bad none has the L shape table. So I went to shop just about 1 - 2 KM from my house. Guess what? Owh Yeah the L shape table is sell there.

So I book 4 L shape table from that shop! The office renovation going great! Some picture....

Yes!! I manage to end July as I plan it should be. The bad thing is I  forgot to prepare for August should things turn bad. Cesaga office renovation has finished, new furniture + new computers have been installed here. Yesterday morning we should welcome 2 new employee, but it seems they didn't have the criteria that we need, its funny how I already advise them on what I need and promptly send text to come yesterday morning for our first meeting.

I can see from the attitude that they don't really shows interest to work with us, one of them show some stupidity by sending a text to me said " I'm sorry wake up late today, it also far from my house so I decide not to come. I felt lazy already to come, you can reject me it's my fault also" what a noob attitude, first he don't send me any notice not until I send to him. Second, not a very professional person to send a text like that and third, he make me angry because I already reject other candidates after he send me a confirmation to work with Avell Enterprise last 2 week.

The other person don't have any experience on what he should do @_@ and I thought I already inform him what his work field in Avell Enterprise last month....and yeah I also send some example to him.....and the same, I need to send a text to him if he come or not, and yeah because of his delay I loose my interest in waiting and start the meeting successfully.

I don't understand  people sometime, when we kind to them they start to show the dark side, and when we bad to them they also do bad to us..... we gain nothing here. Just need to be patient every single second and find a good mountain to shout out loud to release my anger.....never tried before but I do think it work :D

As you can see we're doing lot's of changing here on the website and after yesterday meeting I need to follow the next plan on how to improve Cesaga. Even we have a new office, the people inside remain the same ^_^ I need to delay some chapter for editing session and discussion. What a week......yea need some rest...

A short notice to all Cesaga fan. Other update for Cesaga official channel will be on hiatus. This happen because we need to organize all the details and feature for the official website. Not enough man power to do all at the same time T_T

We're trying different feature to put on the official website, and also they will be a Special Membership featured for interested members to subscribe. Our inker also will say goodbye to Cesaga on 1st September, there will be a new replacement for her. Maybe you guys will see some good change for the inking style.......I hope so..

All featured currently malfunction except for the comic update. The comic will still be update normally every week! Stay tune for Cesaga change on Dec 2010. Adios!!

As you guys can see, we're currently upgrading Cesaga website for a good purpose. This is because we receive a good feedback from our readers. There might be some question that keep bugging you. I prepare my answer for some question forward to me:

Readers/Guest/Fan: Why the website take a long time to be complete?

Dorae: I only have 1 person working on all the coding, he stay a bit far from my place this just made the progression on the website slow and change many times.

Readers/Guest/Fan: Why you hire individual to make the website and not from a company?

Dorae: If I pay a company to make my website it will cost more than $2,500.00 (Yup USD!) I kinda get a good price for the new website even the cost is over my budget. If you guys read my previous blog you'll know that I've bad experience with hiring individual webmaster, 2 of them to be exact. Now the third webmaster and I know he will deliver a good job since he is dedicated in what he do. 

Readers/Guest/Fan: What feature will be put on the new website:

Dorae: Some special membership feature will be put and others  you can see on the left side menu bar. Not a very clear picture though....it's a surprise ^_^

Readers/Guest/Fan: What actually you do now? Almost every other Cesaga channel is on hiatus.

a) I wake up at 1.00 - 2.00 PM, take a bath and prepare myself (its a fasting month here, so no food or drink for me ^_^)

b) At 3.00 PM I need to replace my mum on her work as an apartment executive until next year T_T finish at 6.00 PM

c) 6.30 PM I ready to help my mum buying some food for break fast

d) 7.30 PM time to eat and ready to voluntary become one of community administrator, start at 8.40 PM and finish at 10.00 PM. 

e) Once done, I went to Cesaga office and prepare what to do and what not. Mostly what I do is editing some error on Cesaga pages for publishing company and editing tons of article on Cesaga website. 11.00 PM - 5.00 AM !! With no experience at all on editing using photoshop I use my own method (turtle method) slow and steady :D I do break from time to time to play online games...just to fill my time and enjoy myself.

f) A breakfast on 5.30 AM  and went back to Cesaga office at 6.15 PM, thats how I write this blog :P and yeah as a cleaner I clean the office as well.

g) Sleep?? Let just say 3-4 hours is enough for me. That the reason some channel on hiatus....I'm only a human............................ and half robot :D

I try to make sure everything will keep update after the official launch later. But then....I need to ready to apply for grant T_T arghhh!!

Just about a hour ago Cesaga inker has finally left the building. Well it seem it is the right time for her to go, I seriously can't work with someone that not committed in what they do. A non professional attitude in work make me realize it is the best decision to find a new inker. Nevertheless, the decision is made by her last week before I  can send her the final notice. We need a better inker, someone who has deep experience in inking a manga. I try my very best to find something good in her to give her a chance to improve on her work and attitude. But it seem she has made her mind to stop working with us.

Will I ever hired her back if she want to work with us again? The answer is hell NO! She is very blur, never want to learn on improving her skill, never respect me as the project manager, and when I commented on her work or attitude....she like to argue with me (If you read this, learn how to respect your upper level, accept and improve your lacking skill). In the end the blame is always on me T_T  about 3-4 days ago, she push me to my limit which I can't tolerate anymore. I asked her to send back the tablet today, finish today work and go home and never come again after I pay her. Guess what? This morning she came back, returning the tablet and want the payment when she not even start her work! I'm in no mood to argue, so I ask my sister to send the money to her with 1/5 extra from her basic (Because I'm out sending my friend) . No thanks at all, if the money short $2.00-$3.00 she will asked me after 10 minutes receive it.... hahaha what a loser.

A bit progression need to be on hiatus. I need to new inker a.s.a.p. update you guys later......what a day....

Once again I've decide to change on Cesaga update. I receive few suggestion that need us to add more pages in 1 chapter rather than updating it weekly with less pages. Of course I heard ya! So... I already discuss with my team, that chapter 37 onward we will add more pages and each page size will be bigger and good quality.

It's a festive season this Friday, we will take a break about a week to celebrate it with our family. Only god know how I want to update everything as fast as I can, whatever matter it is, family come first. Thanks for your support!

p/s: arghh...need to find new inker as well....pain in the X!!
